Strengthening Juvenile Justice Systems Project
In order to ensure the continuation of Strengthening Juvenile Justice Systems Project of juveniles at risk of death penalty and in the light of the results of 2010-2011 report, also In view of the results obtained during the implementation of the activities covering 12 governorates and coming out with statistics and information on the number of juveniles in prisons and detention centres, YNGOs Coalition has continued its activities for the second phase of the Juvenile justice systems project in providing judicial aid, support, advocacy, monitoring, training and preparation of publications on juvenile justice in which the aim of the project is to ensure the protection of the rights of children in conflict with the law, especially those subjected to cruel and inhuman punishment. The project was implemented in the following governorates (Sana’a, Aden, Dhamar ,Taiz, Hodeidah, Haja’a, Ibb , Shabwa Ammran ,Mahaweet , AL-Baidha’a , Hadramout).
