Strengthen Child Care, Child Protection And Promote Child Rights In Yemen project 2012
YNGOs Coalition for Child Rights Care, in cooperation with Save the Children International, has implemented in 2012 children’s rights governance project in which the activities varied such as the updating of the fourth alternative report on the situation of children in Yemen, capacity building, dissemination and promotion of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, promotion of children’s participation and the celebration of the Arab Child Day, in addition to following up allocation of budgets for children and the establishment of an independent national observatory on the rights of children in Yemen . The project was implemented in the following governorates (Sana’a-Hodeidah-Aden-Ibb) The project aims to monitor the Convention on the Rights of the Child and strengthen the capacities of civil society actors.
